Physicians’ Natural Choice (PNC) CBD Shipping Policy
At Physicians’ Natural Choice (PNC), we are committed to shipping hemp-derived CBD products responsibly and in compliance with applicable federal, Florida, and state regulations governing hemp products.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Free Standard Shipping
PNC offers free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more in merchandise within the United States.
For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier, service level, and delivery location.
Shipping Methods
PNC uses reliable shipping carriers such as:
- USPS Standard Shipping – estimated delivery 5–7 business days
- UPS Ground – estimated delivery 3–5 business days
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Availability
Physicians’ Natural Choice ships hemp-derived CBD products within the United States where permitted by law.
Our products are derived from industrial hemp and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry-weight basis, in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) and applicable state hemp regulations.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local and state laws regarding hemp-derived CBD products prior to purchase.
PNC reserves the right to restrict or refuse shipment to locations where hemp products may be prohibited or restricted by law.
Florida Hemp Compliance
Physicians’ Natural Choice hemp-derived CBD products are intended to comply with Florida hemp regulations under Florida Statutes §581.217 and applicable rules from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
Products are manufactured and labeled in accordance with applicable hemp product requirements, including THC concentration limits and consumer safety standards.
Autoship Subscription Program
PNC may offer an Autoship subscription option allowing customers to receive products automatically at recurring intervals. Customers may modify, pause, or cancel their subscription according to the terms provided at enrollment.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines may occasionally be impacted by circumstances outside of our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
PNC is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider, but we will assist customers in locating shipments when possible.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. PNC is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.

PNC hemp-derived CBD products are intended for responsible adult use only and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
