30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the
delivery date for a refund or store credit.
To begin a return request, please contact our customer support team with your order number and
reason for the return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must have been purchased directly from Physicians’ Natural Choice.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging when possible.
In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to process your return request.
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request:
- Photos of the product and packaging.
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
Once verified, we will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers.
- Items that show signs of misuse or improper storage.
- Promotional or clearance items (when specified).

Compliance Notice
Physicians’ Natural Choice hemp-derived CBD products contain no more than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state regulations.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Package Policy
At Physicians’ Natural Choice, we work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.
Tracking Your Shipment
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment progress using the tracking link provided.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, we recommend the following steps:
- Check around the delivery location (porch, mailbox, building office, etc.)
- Ask neighbors or household members if the package was received on your behalf
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Transportation disruptions
- Holidays or peak shipping periods
While these delays are outside of our control, we will always do our best to assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving issues when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
Physicians’ Natural Choice is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
